The City of Oxford encompasses approximatley 7.23 square miles in the northwestern corner of Butler County and is home to approximately 21,371.  Over 46% of the population is between the age of 20 and 24 due to the strong influence of Miami University.  The community’s tie to education is further demonstrated by the high educational attainment of its population.

The City of Oxford is a warm and caring community.  We encourage strong citizen communication and welcome visitors.
