Information Concerning Water, Sewer & Refuse

Most residents are responsible for water, sewer and refuse billing directly from the City of Oxford.  If you are renting within the city limits your landlord will have information regarding who is responsible for utility payments.

Utilities Sign Up

To sign up for your utilities (water, sewer and refuse only), you must come to the Utility Department at the Municipal Building, 101 East High Street, to apply in person.

You will need to provide a picture ID and the application.

Please have the application completed and read and sign the service agreement; this will expedite your application process.

Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Utilities Online Bill Payment

The City of Oxford is pleased to announce the availability of online payment of utility accounts.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
